A Standard Clean is the everyday maintenance clean - the visible, frequently-touched surfaces of your home, refreshed on a recurring schedule. It’s the most cost-effective way to keep a home consistently clean without the weekend time sink.

If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in several months, we usually recommend starting with a Deep Clean and then continuing with Standard Cleans on a recurring schedule.

How much does a standard clean cost in Raleigh-Durham?

Standard Clean base prices run from $129 for 1–999 square feet to $529 for 5,000+ square feet. All listed prices include tax. Bedrooms, bathrooms, selected extras, and eligible recurring discounts can change the total. Use online booking for an exact price, or call (984) 205-0680.

What should I do before the cleaner arrives?

Pick up clutter (toys, mail, laundry on floors) so surfaces are accessible. Clear dishes from the sink if you want the sink wiped down. Secure any items you don't want touched. Pets that get nervous around strangers are easier in a closed room.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most clients give us an entry method (door code, key, lockbox) and aren't home. We follow the access instructions from your booking and lock up when finished.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. The cleaning professional brings standard residential cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you want used (for surfaces like marble or sealed wood), leave them out and they'll be used instead.

How often should I book a standard clean?

For most households, biweekly hits the sweet spot between cost and a consistently clean home. Weekly is common for homes with kids, pets, or heavier traffic. Monthly works for tidy single-occupant homes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice are no-charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $50 short-notice fee, since the assigned cleaner has already blocked the time.
