How long does a deep clean take?

Most homes take 4-8 hours. A 2-bed apartment in average condition runs around 4 hours; a 4-bed family home in heavier-use condition can run 7-8 hours. The cleaner books the time block based on your home's specifics.

When do I need a deep clean instead of a standard clean?

Deep cleans are right for: first-time professional cleans, homes that haven't had a thorough clean in 3+ months, before hosting events, after illness, or as a seasonal reset. Most clients book a deep clean once and continue on a Standard Clean recurring schedule.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a move out clean?

A deep clean covers everything in your furnished, lived-in home. A Move In/Out Clean adds inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and is designed for an empty home being turned over.

Do you move furniture?

We move light furniture (chairs, small tables) to vacuum and clean underneath. We don't move heavy items like sofas, beds, dressers, or appliances unless arranged in advance, since those carry damage risk.
