Post-construction cleaning in Wake Forest
Wake Forest post-construction cleaning serves builder handovers in the northern subdivisions and remodels near downtown.
New-build handovers drive most Wake Forest post-construction work: Hasentree, Holding Village, and the active phases in and around Heritage and Traditions. Cleans schedule with the builder after punch list and before walkthrough, certificate of insurance provided when the site requires it. Every surface gets wiped (trim, fixtures, cabinet interiors) and crevices vacuumed clean of construction debris.
The downtown side is remodel cleanup: kitchen and bath updates in the older homes near Wait Avenue and South Main, where dust finds its way into original floors and radiators. Book once contractors are completely finished (dust keeps settling for days) and mention older surfaces in the notes so the cleaner brings appropriate products.
