Post-construction cleaning in Raleigh
After a Raleigh renovation or new build, post-construction cleaning removes dust and debris. Every surface is wiped and every crevice vacuumed before move-in or the final walkthrough.
In Raleigh this service splits two ways. Inside the Beltline it's mostly renovation cleanup: kitchen and bath remodels in Five Points, Mordecai, and Hayes Barton where drywall dust has migrated well beyond the work zone. In North Raleigh, Brier Creek, and Wakefield it's new-build handovers, scheduled with the builder before the final walkthrough.
Construction dust settles for days after the crew leaves, so timing matters. Wait until punch-list work is done and the contractor has packed up before booking the clean. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your builder or GC if they require one on file. For a renovation, expect the clean to cover rooms beyond the remodeled one because dust travels through return vents into the whole house.
