When should the post-construction clean happen?

After all trades are finished and after any debris hauling is complete. If painters or finish carpenters are still working, dust will resettle within a day. Most clients schedule the clean 24-48 hours before final walkthrough or move-in.

Do you do a separate rough clean and final clean?

On larger projects, yes - a rough clean removes the bulk of construction debris and dust mid-project, and a final detail clean happens after all trades are out. For smaller renovations a single visit is usually enough. We'll recommend the right approach based on your scope.

Are you insured for active job sites?

Yes. All Clear Cleaning Co. carries general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your GC or property manager before the visit.

Can you handle a whole-home new build?

Yes - for new builds we usually schedule a multi-visit plan: rough clean after framing/drywall, intermediate cleans between trade phases, and a final detail clean before final walkthrough. Each visit is quoted separately based on scope.
