Move in / move out cleaning in Apex

Closings, lease endings, and new-build handovers are the core of move in and move out cleaning in Apex.

Apex has been one of the Triangle's fastest-growing towns for a decade, and its move cleans follow the growth: families closing on homes in Sweetwater and Bella Casa, sellers prepping listings, and the steady churn of relocation moves. The two-visit pattern is common: move-out at the old address, move-in at the new one, sequenced in the same week around your closing.

For brand-new construction, note the split: the post-construction clean (builder's dust and debris) and the move-in clean (cabinets, oven, refrigerator, ready-to-unpack) are different scopes, and most new builds genuinely need both. Book the move-in clean for the day or two before you take possession. End-of-month and Saturday slots fill first, so book 7-10 days out.

Questions

Move in / move out cleaning in Apex: common questions

Do I need a move in clean if my Apex home is new construction?
Usually yes, as a second visit after the post-construction clean. Post-construction removes builder dust and debris; the move-in clean details cabinets, drawers, oven, and refrigerator to unpack-ready standard. Builders' own cleans rarely cover that second scope.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?
A move-out clean addresses the cleaning expectations in most standard residential leases - kitchen and bathroom detail, inside appliances, baseboards, and walls spot-treated for scuffs. We can't guarantee deposit return because that depends on your landlord's specific checklist and any damage beyond cleaning, but a thorough professional clean removes the cleaning portion of any deduction risk.
Should the home be empty before you arrive?
Yes - move-in/out cleans are designed for unfurnished homes. The clean takes much longer (and may not be possible) if furniture, boxes, and belongings are still in place. If a few small items remain, that's usually fine; full furnishings are not.
Do you clean inside the refrigerator?
Yes, inside the fridge and freezer is included on move-in/out cleans. Defrost a freezer the night before if possible - frozen-in ice can't be removed during the visit.
How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 5-7 days out for the best chance at your preferred date and time, especially around end-of-month and weekends when demand is highest. Same-week and next-day availability can sometimes be arranged - call (984) 205-0680 to check.
